A counter affidavit is stated to have been filed by the Zila Parishad on and around 26.11.2013. Let the office trace out the same and place the same along with the records. The petitioner had moved this Court against enhancement of the rent of a residential hotel from Rs. 7,500/- to 15,000/-. The matter has remained pending since 2012 and has been taken up today when Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Motihari, District- East Champaran submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14273 of 2012 (4) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 petitioner has agreed to pay amount of Rs. 11,500/-. It is further stated that the petitioner also has made up to date payment until June, 2015.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh submits that the submissions are being made on the instructions received by him today telephonically from Mr. Sanaullah the dealing assistant in the office of the Zila Parishad.
