JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2018 Heard the parties. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341 and 354 B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that by pressing the mouth of the informant the petitioner tried to misbehave with the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is one day delay in lodging the FIR and about ten days delay in receiving the copy of FIR in the court of CJM and in that period some manipulation in the prosecution case, cannot be ruled out. It is further submitted that both are co-villagers and the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bhojpur at Arrah, in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
