2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the informant's husband, as a result of which, he sustained fire-arm injury and died in course of treatment.

4. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court by order dated 17-06-2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 27331 of 2023.

5. It appears from the impugned order that out of six

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51421 of 2024(3) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 prosecution witnesses, except the I.O. all the witnesses have been examined. It has been mentioned in the impugned order that the case is at its fag end.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same is rejected.

7. Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Khagaria is responsible for production of the I.O. in the court below.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria for compliance.

10. The learned trial court shall not give the date for more than ten days.
