JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 In view of a forum created under notification 972 dated 19.5.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar who is vested with power to decide all disputes with regard to grant-in-aid under Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7181 of 2015(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 In the event such petition is filed by the petitioner before the Pradhikar within a period of one month alongwith a copy of this order, the Pradhikar will condone the delay, if any, in filing of such petition and decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such petition as the scope of Pradhikar is wide enough to include the degree college affiliated to the Universities.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
