The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.236 of 2020 registered for offences under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that motor-cycle from which recovery of illegal liquor has been made does not belong to the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
