JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2018 Considering the nature of prayer made in the present writ petition i.e. for directing the respondents to remove the In-Charge, Principal Shri Dilip Kumar Parwana from Nunuwati Jagdeo Singh College, Bakhtiyarpur, Patna on the ground that his appointment is illegal as also the prayer to the effect that the petitioner deserves to be appointed as In-Charge Principal of the College, this court deems it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
