2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the orders of petitioner No. 1, petitioner No. 2 is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the grandson of the informant by means of lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Furthermore, F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of 4 days.

No.48662 of 2023(3) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P. S. Case No. 06 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
