JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 The issue involved in the present writ petition does not warrant any further indulgence in view of the fact that after series of litigation in order to fill up the left over 2413 vacancies, the Staff Selection Commission has already invited objections and after receiving the objection the Commission is proceeding ahead to finish the dispute.

The writ petition is disposed of with observation that the Commission will take appropriate decision at the earliest so that appointment may be made against the left over 2413 vacancies.
