The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47713 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature and there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that none of the informant's side have been injured and only to make the charge graver, the provisions of Sections 379 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal code have been super added in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
