JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 In view of the fact that the State Government has constituted a Pradhikar under the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Nimawali, 2015, by notification No. 972 dated 19.5.2015 for adjudication of all kinds of disputes of Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar constituted under the aforesaid rule within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order. In the event such petition is filed by the petitioner before the Pradhikar, the Pradhikar is required to dispose of the same in accordance with law after condoning the delay, if any, in filing such petition by a reasoned and speaking order and

Patna High Court CWJC No.16067 of 2015(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 decide the petition on its own merit.
