====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 31-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation').

2. From the pleadings on record, it appears that the order dated 01.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 12919 of 2012 has been complied with.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. However, in view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner that salary for the leave period has not been paid, it shall be open to him to make representation before the Managing Director/Administrator of the Corporation.

4. If such representation is filed within three weeks from today, the Managing Director/Administrator of the Corporation shall consider and pass reasoned order on the same within the next three weeks and if anything is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within three weeks from the date of passing of the order.
