2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323,498A/504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of torture and harassment for dowry.

4. Petitioner happens to be husband of opposite party no.2. In paragraph 13 of the bail petition, it is submitted that the petitioner has been granted decree of divorce vide order dated 27.8.2022, by the Family Court, Munger. In the said case, opposite party no.2, though appeared but she did not contest the Divorce Matrimonial case no.174 of 2018.

5. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48476 of 2023(3) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Complaint Case No. 541C/2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
