2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner had retired on 31.01.2023 from the post of Blue Printer in the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Sikandra, Jamui, but no retiral benefits have been paid to him. He further submitted that he has

Patna High Court CWJC No.10391 of 2023 dt.11-09-2023 2/2 received instruction that petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Sikandra, Jamui.

3. The Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Sikandra, Jamui (Bihar)- Respondent No. 7 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, which he has already filed on 23.05.2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law. He is further directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner from the places of posting of the petitioner and ensure to make payment of admitted retiral dues within the aforesaid period along with the statutory interest in accordance with law.

4. With above observations and directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
