2. The learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that despite the petitioner's entitlement to receive such financial progression, he has not been awarded the same. The representations of the petitioner before the Chief Conservator of Forest and Conservator of Forest have gone on deaf ears.

This Court, therefore, directs the petitioner to make a representation before the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Bihar, Patna(respondent No. 3) within a period of four weeks from today, detailing his grievances, who, on receipt of the same shall dispose of such representation by a reasoned order within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
