Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim but there is no material to support this fact.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2022. Considering the aforesaid fact and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Case No. 66 of 2018.
