This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the house of this petitioner 23 bottles of liquor was recovered on 11.01.2017.

In view of the bar under Section 76 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

Hence, it stands dismissed.
