Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no. 2, namely, Prashant Kumar.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no. 2, namely, Prashant Kumar is concerned. Mr. S. K. Thakur, learned counsel for the informant, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he is the informant of the counter case and he also sustained grievous injury, his application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.40475 of 2020(4) dt.02-11-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Subodh Sah @ Subodh Kumar Sah, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
