The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 registered under Section 147, 149, 323, 341, 354, 504, 506, 436 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no direct allegation of any overt act against these petitioners rather the allegations are general and omnibus. There is case and counter case between the parties. The dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
