====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498(A), 341, 323 and 504/34 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner has performed second marriage and he is neglecting the informant. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 70 years. He has performed second marriage with consent of the informant because there is no issue from the informant. He further submits that in the religion of the petitioner, four marriages are permissible. The allegation that petitioner is neglecting his first wife (informant), is totally false

Petitioner is in custody since 6.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
