2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 85 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 307, 379, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27/35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR along with 15- 20 unknown persons equipped with pistol, brickbats, iron rod and danda came to the shop of informant. They started abusing and pelting stone on the shop of the informant. One Biru Kumar took away Rs. 7,000/- cash from box of the informant and articles worth Rs. 10,000/-.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. There is no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47585 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 allegation against him of firing and the injuries are simple in nature. He has submitted further that some accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.P. No. 2058 of 2022.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 85 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/Kundan U T
