Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 149, 148, 149, 384, 386, 302, 504, 341, 323, 120(B) of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, 76 named and 20 unknown persons are alleged to have shot the husband of the informant dead on account of recovery of ransom money.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has been made accused in this case merely on basis of suspicion. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. Informant is not eye-witness of the

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Miss Chandani Gupta J.M. Danapur, District- Patna in connection with P.S. Case No. 752 of 2021, G.R. No. 3611 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
