JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 After the matter was referred to Justice S.N.Jha Committee regarding determination of initial date of appointment and counting of seniority, Justice S.N.Jha Committee in case No. 71 of 2014 vide order dated 5.12.2014 held out that the petitioner would be entitled to seniority from 30.9.1971 and not from 01.01.1981.
In view of the finding of Justice S.N.Jha Committee, the respondent-University is directed to grant all the benefits to the petitioner counting his seniority from 30.9.1971 and grant all consequential benefits at the earliest preferably within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.10750 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that consequential benefits may also include the post retiral benefits.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
