This matter relates to appointment on the post of Vikash Mitra. The private respondent was appointed on the said post, but the petitioner has raised an objection that she has obtained the services by suppression of fact as she belongs to another Panchayat, but on the strength of tampered documents, she has obtained the services on the post of Vikash Mitra. It has further been submitted by the petitioner that she has filed a representation before the District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17600 of 2016(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Rohtas at Sasaram as well as the Circle Officer, Nauhatta Block, Rohtas, but no decision has been taken till date. Let the petitioner file a proper representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram. If such a representation is filed, the District Magistrate, shall look into the matter and after giving notice to the private respondent take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
