JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that from his house one Desi revolver loaded with two live cartridges was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
