Petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No.104 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Vikash Sahani.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019.
