JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to extend the last date of downloading the bid document from 04.04.2015 to any further date immediate to the hearing of the present case in relation to notice inviting tender no. 4 dated 26.02.2015 issued by the Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, and thus consequently extending the last date and time for uploading the bid from 06.04.2015 to any further date immediate to the extended date of downloading of the bid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5601 of 2015 dt.13-12-2018 2/2 (ii) For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consequently allow the petitioner to upload its bid in relation to notice inviting tender no. 4 dated 26.02.2015 issued by the Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar and thereafter consider the same on merits after extending the last date and time of opening of the technical bid from 08.04.2015 to any further date immediate to the hearing of the present case.

(iii) For issuance of such other writ(s), order(s), direction(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and the writ petition need not be pressed.
