JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of short term tender settled in favour of private respondent which was issued for making recovery of Ground Rent, for financial session 2015-16 for "Gaya Town Hall Sabji Mandi".

2. At the outset, this Court takes note of the short term tender related to the period financial session 2015-16 which has since expired and the matter has clearly become infructuous by efflux of time.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show otherwise.
