JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For a direction to the respondent authorities to produce the work order issued in favour of the respondent no. 6 after expiry of validity period of 120 days and thereafter, quashed the same in view of conditions of Notice Inviting Tender (herein after NIT) vide notification no. 15/2013-14 dated 29.01.2014 for renovation work of Mau Ahar Pain, Block Tekari, District - Gaya, issued under signature of the respondent no. 5.

(ii) For a direction to the respondent authorities to reject/cancel the technical bid as well as financial bid of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8540 of 2015 dt.13-12-2018 2/2 respondent no. 7 as his tender Form is incomplete in view of conditions of NIT vide notification no. 15/2013-14 dated 29.01.2014 for renovation work of Mau Ahar Pain Block Tekari, District - Gaya, issued under signature of the respondent no. 5.

(iii) For a direction to the respondent authority to accept the Technical Bid as well as Financial Bid of the petitioner as his tender Form is fully complete in view of NIT vide notification no. 15/2013-14 dated 29.01.2014 for renovation work of Mau Ahar Pain in Tekari Block in District - Gaya and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allot the work in question to the petitioner. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs the petitioner may deem entitled too."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and hence it need not be pressed.
