The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.274 of 2021 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. It is further submitted that the petitioner was not arrested on the spot and nothing was recovered from his possession. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that total 24.200 litres of Nepali liquor was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55530 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 recovered from the house of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.
