2. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner the matter was passed over for a few cases. However, on repeat call the petitioner was again not represented.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time as the period of contract was for 120 days which has since elapsed.
