As per supplementary show cause, more particularly, vide para 7, the details of payment in compliance of the order impugned under the garb of Hon'ble Apex Court's order passed in C.A. No. 7290 of 1994 has been furnished and further, it has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order impugned in full and finality has already been complied with, hence, the instant petition is to be dropped. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court MJC No.3905 of 2000 (9) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 continuation of the present petition will serve no fruitful purpose whereupon, the same is dropped.
