The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party No. 2 by order dated 09-02-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8144 of 2018. I find no ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail in the light of the judgments rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Dolat Ram and others Vs.
