This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 1360 (c) of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 406 and 498Aof the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, happen to be close relatives of the husband of the complainant, are innocent and have not committed any offence in any manner. They have no concern with the internal affairs of the complainant and her husband. In fact, due to extra marital affair does not want to live her matrimonial life, which is

Hence, the petitioners deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 1360(C) of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
