====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

In the present writ petition, the only grievance has been raised by the petitioner is that they issued the Advertisement in the year 2011 but could be materialised, again in 2014, advertisement has been published but still hanging in air no recruitment has been made.

This is the only grievance raised by the petitioner. Now, we are at the end of 2018 and after few days, 2019 will come. It will not be advisable to make a recruitment from the advertisement published in 2014.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15009 of 2015(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 In such view of the mater, this Court directs District Programme Officer, East Champaran at Motihari to ensure recruitment of Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika for Centre No.2 Ward No.2 Piprakothi, Birchhapra enter into fresh exercise of recruitment without delay and all process should be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. As on two occasions, advertisements were published but recruitment of the aforesaid post could not be made. Let the District Programme officer, East Champaran at Motihari would submit the report with respect to selection of Anganwadi Sevika to this Court for perusal.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
