This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 54/023 registered under section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one pistol and live cartridges. The petitioner has six antecedent. He is in custody since 11.02.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Case No. 54/023 The petitioner will visit Amas police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
