In the present case, the petitioner submits that he was discharging the duty of Special Police Officer attached to the Chutia, Police Station and, inasmuch as, the petitioner has also appeared in the interview for the regular recruitment but, the final decision has not been taken by the District Magistrate for which he has filed a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas to take final decision with regard to the appointment of Special Police Officer.

Let the petitioner should file a fresh representation to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas as well as District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17900 of 2015 dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Rohtas at Sasaram, they will examine the records of the case of the petitioner and will take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid observation and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
