The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No.120 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovered liquor and the alleged hut does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
