The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.123 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 435/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the order giver and the son of the petitioner had set the cow shade of the informant on fire. Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above

Case No.123 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
