2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhaptiahi P.S. Case No. 178 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the brother of the deceased. He is accused and suspected of killing his own sister.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. From perusal of the FIR, it is evident that the petitioner is the own brother of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45117 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/ concerned Court in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 178 of 2023.
