JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Derni P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per written report there is specific allegation against this petitioner of assaulting Rakesh Mahto, brother of the informant, with Dab, on account of which, he fell down and became unconscious.

The injury report is available with the case diary wherein doctor has found two lacerated wound on the head of the injured. He has reserved the opinion and has stated that the injury has been caused by hard and blunt substance, but from the nature

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
