JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY) 22-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

This application has been filed for removal of encroachment made on the public land appertaining to Khata no.1275, Thana-63, Ward no. 7 of Rusulpur Turki Panchayat, Anchal-Goraul, District-Vaishali, having stated that the persons named in paragraph 4 of this application, have illegally encroached upon the public land, causing great inconvenience to the public in general.

Let a proper application be filed by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14510 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 before the Circle Officer, Goraul, giving details of the land and in turn, the Circle Officer will be obliged to issue notice to the persons who will be affected by the order and after hearing all the parties, pass a reasoned order. While passing order, if it is found that the persons named in paragraph 4 of this application have encroached upon the public land, the order of removal should be carried out and the action report should be submitted to this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
