2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information the police reached the informed place regarding transportation of illicit liquor in a pick-up van wherefrom 276.480 litres of foreign liquor was recorded.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedents and is in custody since 22.05.2024.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail after completion of four months in custody from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.2-cum- Additional District and Sessions Judge-Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kochas P.S.Case No. 152 of 2024.
