====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 Heard Mr Swapnil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 24.7.2017 passed in CWJC No. 5514 of 2017, the National Building Construction Corporation Ltd. was directed to examine the case of the petitioner and pay the admitted dues.

Patna High Court MJC No.1729 of 2018(5) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties stating in para-11 that the admitted dues has been paid to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, no contempt is made out. The petitioner has the liberty to agitate the matter if he still has some grievance including payment of interest is concerned.

The MJC No. 1729 of 2018 stands disposed of.
