The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura P.S. Case No.562 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged liquor has been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner and others for which only petitioner cannot be held responsible. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.55599 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.562 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
