2. Petitioners seek regular bail in case registered for offence under Sections 420, 406, 506, 323 and 504 of IPC . 3 . As per prosecution case , complainant namely , Mukesh Kumar alleged that these petitioners took fifteen lakh rupees from complainant on the pretext of marriage and when he asked for marriage with petitioner No. 1 then complainant was assaulted by petitioners and also threatened with dire

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47595 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 consequences and refused to return the aforesaid money .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence as alleged. Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are ladies and petitioner No. 3 is 50 years old and they claim clean antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 03.04.2025 . Charge has already been framed. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody , clean antecedent of these petitioners and circumstances of the case , let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Ara Bhojpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2045 (C) of 2023 .
