By earlier order dated 28.09.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42818 of 2016 petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of Rs. 64,57,545/- within a period of four months from the date of the order.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has managed to deposit Rs. 15 lakhs on 09.09.2016 and Rs. 7 lakhs on 10th of February, 2017, but a further sum of Rs. 10 lakhs is yet to be deposited, for which he seeks extension of time. Let petitioner deposit the rest 50% of Rs.

64,57,545/- within a period of four months from today and to that extent the order dated 28.09.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42818

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9510 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 of 2016 in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 146/16, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria is modified.
