Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the IPC. As per the complaint petition, complainant Urmila Devi, was married with the petitioner in the year, 2005 and there after it is alleged that all of the accused persons including this petitioner started, torturing and harassing her for demand of dowry. And lastly on 23.07.2013, they ousted the complainant from matrimonial home.

Counsel for the petitioner denies the prosecution case and submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full

Considering the undertaking, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Complaint Case no. 2386/2319 corresponding to TR no. 2205/2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
