Petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 35 of 2020 arising out of Kesariya P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of seizure list, it is apparent that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
