Having regard to the fact that the petitioner seeks a direction for payment of retirement benefit and his representation dated 18.08.2014, which is in continuation of his earlier representation filed earlier
Patna High Court CWJC No.2404 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 after his retirement on 31.01.2012, has not been disposed of as yet, this Court would direct the Managing Director of Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation to take a decision for the remaining grievance of the petitioner as raised in the representation dated 18.08.2014, and also pay the same, if such amount is found admissible and payable to the petitioner. In the event, the petitioner is not found entitled for any reason whatsoever, such reasons thereof must be communicated to him.
The whole exercise by Managing Director of Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
