JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379, 406 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that instant case is a counter blast of Complaint Case No. 2430 of 2016 and Bidupur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2016 filed by the petitioner no.1 against the informant and other family members.

It is alleged in the written report against the petitioners that when informant made demand of her money, these

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7407 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 petitioners abused the informant and assaulted her and also undressed her. In this manner, there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
